- Please allow minimum of 2-week notice on all orders - all delights are custom-created from scratch (never pre-made and never flash-frozen)
- 20% rush charge on all orders within 7 days
- All orders within 7 days are at the discretion of Whatever The O'Cakesion
- No orders taken within 72 hours of delivery date

- 50% deposit required on all Specialty, 3-D or Novelty Cakes

- $11 Delivery Fee outside of 10 miles up to 25 miles
- Outside of 25 miles is charged at $0.53/mile

- Original cake pricing includes homemade buttercream frosting and edible candy beads
- Cake toppers, photo images or theme-specific decorations are at an additional charge and are determined based on design
- Fondant sculptured toppers and/or other intricate details range from $26-$32 based on design
- No additional charge for piped messages (i.e. Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary, etc.)
- Tiered Cakes - Buttercream: 2-tier, triple-layered start at $5.95/serving
- Tiered Cakes - Fondant: 2-tier, triple-layered start at $6.95/serving
- Pricing increases per tier (per number and size of layers)

- Minimum quantity on cupcake orders is 24; may increase in quantities of 12 thereafter
- 12-Count cupcakes available in select flavors only: Vanilla, Chocolate, Carrot Cake and "The Royal Collection"
- Original cupcake pricing includes homemade buttercream frosting and edible candy beads
- Cupcake Bouquet - all bouquet orders require a minimum of a two-week notice and must be paid in full

- $1.00 / cupcake for fondant flowers or shapes (I.e. cherry blossom, daisy, basic shapes)
- Cost+ / cupcake for non-edible theme-based toppers
- Cost+ / cupcake for edible toppers such as cookies or candies
- $1.75+ / cupcake for fruits or detailed fondant designs
